The Blue Ridge Parkway!

The beauty of The Blue Ridge Parkway continues to resonate in me when I wander through my image library. The blues are of sky blue days. While I have the luxury of wandering through my images whenever I choose, I realize you don't. And I just had to share another image I captured along the Parkway. ENJOY!

Mountain Tops!

Looking out at mountain tops from the Craggy Gardens Overlook in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Like I said in a previous post, there are 360 degree views and all of them were stunning. ENJOY!

View from the Top!

Here's another gorgeous view of the Overlook at the top of the trail at Craggy Gardens, along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Such a gorgeous place to take a drive. It's only about an hour from Asheville. When you reach the top of the Overlook, it's a 360 degree view. So I kept turning and shooting from all the sides. I'll post more images of the various views later. Hope you're week is going well. Why do we take a vacation? We only come back to all the work waiting for us. UGH! ENJOY!

Craggy Gardens Overlook, Blue Ridge Parkway!

Such beauty looking out over the Blue Ridge Mountains. Taken at the Craggy Gardens Overlook, the trail winds through azalea groves and flower patches as you climb your way to the top some 7/10ths of a mile up. But once you arrive, this is what lies waiting. It's worth every step. ENJOY!
