Black Eyed Susans, Comic Book Effect
Seriously, I love the Comic Book effect I used on this image of Black Eyed Susan's I photographed many weeks ago in Bernheim. I love yellow flowers no matter what they are, but for some reason certain flowers with the Comic Book effect don't always look so great. Not in this case. They have such a wispy, whimsical feel to them as though they are a drawing. No, I can't draw. So this is the closest I'll ever get to that. I just spent two grueling 95 degree days in and out of the car for work. I'm going to put together a prayer group to pray for cooler weather, if it doesn't cool off soon. ENJOY!

I love the effect you used on this Carol and think it would make a wonderful cover for a notecard!
ReplyDeleteI like it, too, and agree that it would make a lovely card. I have something similar in GIMP, but it doesn't lighten the photo up as well.
ReplyDeleteI like this effect, too. Great choice and enhancement on an already pretty image.
