Yellow Coneflower
Oh, but my wish is coming true. The wildflower meadow at Bernheim is growing back and soon will be in full force. I give it a few more weeks to really be at it again. It's already showing promise. I so enjoyed walking that meadow last summer and bringing you images from my walks. Here's a sample of what's to come. Stay cool America. You can literally fry an egg on the sidewalk here in Kentuckiana today. ENJOY!

Lovely Yellow Coneflower Carol! I'm looking forward to see the flora images to come.
ReplyDeleteIt is cooler here today, only 98 degrees. Yesterday was 101. Scrambled Eggs a la Sidewalk anyone?
Hi Carol. You are well ahead of us with all these lovely blooms. The weather here is the opposite end of the scale .... very cool AND WET! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteJust Gorgeous. Your focus is stunning and the light.
ReplyDeleteI just love the shape of Coneflowers! Yours is a sunny color. I've just been looking at your sidebar, Carol. I like how you've arranged and titled your landscapes.
ReplyDeleteI am so happy you like the Coneflower image Barb. It's not the sharpest but I do love yellow flowers. I work hard on my blog to make it beautiful so I'm very glad you like the sidebar images. Have a safe and cool weekend. Carol
DeleteI am pretty sure they grew wild in Oklahoma. Was this one wild?
