Just a few images 'to keep you in the pink' as you go forth into this weekend. We have a beautiful blue sky this evening with bright sunshine. That wasn't the case at 2:15 this afternoon, as a tornado touched down about 3/4ths of a mile west of my house. Just a little too close for comfort I say. There was no warning. There was no thunder, no lightning, no hail. Only heavy rain and then it touched down about a 1/4 mile wide and a mile in length and then up it went and was gone. I knew when my electricity kicked off that trouble was abound. My electricity rarely goes out. All is safe and sound for me. I just hate it for the neighborhood right down the road. We're getting ready to go into a Tornado Watch for tonight. Eeeekkkk. Have a good weekend. ENJOY!
Gosh - how scary, Carol! Would you go into a bathtub or shower stall if a siren went off? Do you have a basement? Stay in the pink over the weekend!
