Sweet Woodruff!

A few weeks ago when I took this image this lovely elephant ear shaped plant known as Sweet Woodruff was still growing strong at Bernheim. I don't know how except to say it hadn't really been very cold up to that point. I'm not sure it made it through the 20 degree temps we had Monday and Tuesday, but if so, it's a happy camper today as it's been in the 60's here. What a winter. Why do I have the feeling we're going to get slammed with cold and snow soon. Have a great weekend. ENJOY!

  1. Love that pattern and coloring! Let it snow (in Breckenridge)!

  2. I grow an herb by the same name. You have lots of plants we don't have up here. This is one.
