Back in March, which seems like ions ago, I photographed this same bench and setting with pink Magnolia blossoms hanging on the trees in the background.
Yesterday, I strolled along the same Sun and Shade Trail passing the Magnolias, the Hemlocks, the Sycamores, the Pines . . . and this same scene beckoned me to photograph it yet again. Amazing how season to season brings change. Sort of like our lives, wouldn't you say? Although this image is featured in my header, I wanted to show you a larger view because, honestly, the textures in this image just grab hold of you and take you right there. At least they do me. ENJOY!
